DMCA Policy

TechBaby respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This DMCA Policy outlines our practices and procedures for handling such notices.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringements
If you believe that content on TechBaby infringes your copyright, please provide a written DMCA Notice containing the following details:
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the Infringing Material: A description of the content on TechBaby that you claim infringes your copyright. Please provide the specific URL(s) of the material to help us locate it.
- Your Contact Information: Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled due to a DMCA Notice, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the Material: A description of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district or, if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction where TechBaby operates, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content in compliance with the DMCA unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, TechBaby may terminate user accounts or restrict access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
4. Misrepresentations
Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability. We encourage all users to consult with legal counsel before filing a DMCA Notice or counter-notification.
